At the end of 10 weeks, I lost 14 pounds and 10.5 inches, but the most important thing for me was the way I felt about myself. I started to love myself again. I had the exercise part of my healthy lifestyle under control, but I need a serious overall with my nutrition. For help in this area, I turned to Abby because she had been living a lifestyle that included clean eating. She shared tips, recipes, and most importantly encouragement. I started making small changes to my diet and stepped outside of my comfort zone to try new foods. Who knew that these small changes in my diet would give me more energy and make me feel 100 times better. Since November, I have lost 29 pounds and feel like a new person. I am very thankful that Abby has been beside me through my entire journey. She has encouraged me and pushed me to my limits, and I will forever be grateful to her!
Calling Abby Veigel a coach does not begin to describe what she does justice. There are coaches and then there is Abby. A personal cheerleader -- the person believing you can do it even when you don’t believe in yourself. Abby helps you set your goals and then sees you through the journey. She isn’t nagging or pushy, only supportive. She is the person that celebrates every small victory along the way, no matter how big or small it may be. Abby is worth investing in. She makes you feel like a priority and that no question is too silly to be asked. She is knowledgeable in her job and takes the time to explain the things you don't understand. I’m glad Abby is a part of my journey. Without her positive you-can-do-it-and-more attitude, I’m sure I would not be achieving my goals. Believe in Abby – chances are she is already believing in you!
Abby Veigel is a wonderful Beachbody coach and all around great person. I have never been one to stick with a workout/healthy eating program so I didn't have high expectations for myself. But, working with Abby has proven to be extremely helpful and beneficial. Abby has offered me advice on exercise, eating well, resting after injury and has motivated me to begin a Couch to 5K program. I have lost 30 pounds working with her, gone down sizes in my clothes and impressed my doctor with the decline in my cholesterol levels! Abby is also very practical because she knows that it's normal to have bad days and she has been able to motivate me to go one day at a time. Anyone who works with Abby will be lucky!
