21 Sep One Small Change at a Time
If you are anything like me, then you spent the summer focused on everything and everyone else besides yourself. Now that summer is coming to an end and for some that means routine’s are back….it’s time to focus on you! Do you have a huge health and wellness goal that you would like to achieve or maybe you have some “small changes” you would like to make in your life? Whether it be a big goal or a small one, it can’t be done without making simple small changes.
During the 30 day challenge will be focusing on 5 key areas of your life:

We will be reading the Daniel Plan which will be provided for you at the start of the group. In addition to the book, we will be having daily small group interactions via facebook and weekly zoom chats for those interested.
We will be focusing on making small changes daily and weekly which will in turn add up to big changes in your lifestyle and overall health. This group isn’t about losing weight and losing it fast. It’s about building the foundation to a lifetime of change. I will be using my knowledge from my personal experience along with my extensive education to help you improve these key areas of your life.
