It’s that time of year again. It’s like a New Year’s celebration just for us Mom’s. The time of year that we recommit to cooking healthy meals, being organized, fitting exercise back into our life, and finally having a routine again. You have spent all summer taking care of your kids, making sure they were entertained 24/7 and completely ignoring the self care part of your life.
Well..Happy New Year! Before I get into the purpose of this blog post…do me a favor. Call up your best girl friend, make plans for a coffee date and better yet..a pedicure and coffee. You deserve it!
Now…back to healthy eating. Ask any Mom and their biggest struggle when school and activities start again is finding time to make healthy meals for their families. Life gets busy and before you know it, you have eaten Chick Fil A for every dinner. Trust me….I’ve been there. Luckily, celiac disease doesn’t make grabbing any fast food easy so we have to work extra hard to prepare meals in advance. (Sometimes are diagnosis is a blessing in disguise.)
I feel for you so that’s why I came up with the Healthy Moms Guide to Meal Planning and Prep. It’s my own personal guide filled with tips to eliminate, replace, plan, and prepare. I have also included THREE meal plans for you to use with recipes to accompany each plan.
